I wanted to try out designing stuff again... Dunno how I did, but here's Dmitri for *Kaylink's contest. I personally like him, but I'm not sure how anyone else would like him...

Anyways, here's how I see his history.

Born in a very snowy place, Dmitri was raised there. He spent a while being worked as a guard. His owner's friend was invited to stay for a few weeks and the new man took a liking to Dmitri's strong physique. The man stayed, watching Dmitri grow out of puppyhood, and when Dmitri was old enough, offered a large amount of money to Dmitri's owner. Dmitri was sent with the new man to live as a guard dog for his fighting ring. It took Dmitri a long time to become accustomed to this new, warmer climate but when he eventually did he found he liked it a bit. He worked as a guard dog for a while, occasionally getting into fights with other dogs who promptly learned that he could easily use his weight to overcome them. He quickly rose in the rankings of the guard dogs until he became the leader of their little guarding group. He then sat back in his new position to guard the property and watch the fighting dogs fight, until he saw Shemal in the fighting ring. He found that mildly disturbing to throw a blind dog in a fight to train others, but he wouldn't bother protesting, simply because he felt he would get nowhere. He watched Shemal though, and slowly began to introduce himself to the blind dog.

I'll probably put him up for adoption if he doesn't win (so look out for him when that happens *is cynical because it's really late and she's really tired*). I have far too many characters as it is.
