Zyrxy! Unfortunately, he couldn't convince me to go to sleep and finish this some other time. It's now 3 in the morning. *headdesk* *snores*

But I'm actually pretty proud of this. I like how the lineart and shading came out. The background was made with brushes (thank goodness for those btw) found on a website with something like obsidian in the name.

Anywho, I figure I should mention why the scars are there.
Daemons reflect personality, and in my opinion, they reflect how the person has matured as well. An older/wiser person's daemon may have graying hairs, or scars from physical or mental wounds their human has suffered. Zyrxy bears the marks of my own life. The longest one is from me loosing Nathan. The longest vertical one is from having a friend steal something from me and lie to me for half a year. The smaller one intersecting the big one is from loosing my uncle in 7th grade. The two small ones are from loosing two great-grandfathers over last summer.

But I really love Zyrxy. And I know I sound crazy for believing in him, I really like and believe in this guy. He's the one that I don't have to care in front of. I have zero self-confidence, but with him, I just don't have to even think about how greasy my hair is or how bad my acne is on any given day, and I still feel comfortable with myself. Plus it's not horrible knowing I've got a big lion to protect me. Or at least, a lion inside of me.
